My order was damaged during shipping. What should I do?
Please email us to report an item that arrived damaged. When an item is damaged during shipping, please keep all shipping materials for inspection by the shipping agent.
My product arrived melted or frozen. Is it still good?

How do I canceI Subscribe & Save orders?
You may cancel an order directly by logging into your account on zebracalm.com prior to an order being processed. Unless you contact our customer care department by email to cancel scheduled Subscribe & Save orders, product will be shipped to you as scheduled and you will continue to be billed at the recurring order price. Your request for cancellation, by email, will be processed immediately during our regular customer care hours, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. However, you will be responsible for any charges, billing or shipments that have already been processed, shipped to you or that have been delivered at the time of your cancellation. All cancellation requests, will receive an RMA number and a confirmation email. Please keep this number for your records. Any future discrepancies resulting from not having an RMA number will be resolved at the discretion of the company.
